The McDearman family was very close to our family when we were growing up.  I looked up to these Christian people as examples of what I should be when I was older.  I know that Mildred will be one of the fine Christian ladies greeting us when our time on earth ends. Lonnie and Lee Ford

I have such wonderful memories of Millie. From early memories at Robert E. Lee as the school secretary to later years when I was an adult, she always had a smile and warm words of encouragement for me. My mom always considered Millie a true and close friend. I know she will be missed by so many.  May God grant you peace and comfort.

Mrs McDearman was a big influence in my life. She was my teacher,friend and mother to 2 of my friends in school and church.when i think of gradeschool i think of her. Carolyn and Marilyn my heart goes ou to you. Shirley BArnes Anderson

Millie McDearman will be remembered by all who she knew.  In the short time I was blessed in knowing Millie, she represented all of Proverbs 31. In friendship with Millie, she exemplified the hands on approach in relationships with others for their good.  Millie uplifted others to be more than they'd thought they could become. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of sweet Millie.  We were neighbors and oil painting friends for years. She will be missed but she is with our Dear Lord now and in a much better place.  God bless her loving family.  Martha Upton
