Millowee faced life head on and with strength and  dignity. I never knew anyone as full of grace as she was....She and Jean were always so close....they were born 4 years apart...died 4 years apart....and were both 86 when they died...Jean yearned so to see Millowee one more time...but neither could make the trip....I believe they are together now...
Joanie we wanted to be with you during this time but just could not work it out, but our prayers and thought were with you..   What a beautiful lady our Aunt Wee-wee was...We will always miss her.

Millowee was always very special to me.  I loved her best next to Mother.  I can close my eyes and see her sweet, smiling face and hear the way she called my mother's name.  I have the greatest memories of her and you kids.  Do you remember the summer we four kids took a bus into downtown Amarillo and got lost, didn't know which bus to get on to get back to your house?  The bus driver was so mad at us!  We know your mama is with Jesus and the rest of our loved ones now, and she is rejoicing.  I pray God will hold you close, Joanie.  You have been down a long, hard road.  You are like another little sister to me, and I love you like one.  Tricia

From my earliest memories, I loved Millowee. She was so special to me and I loved her best after Mother.  The trips to Amarillo are some of my most cherished memories. She was such a kind and gentle spirit.  I know you will feel lost without her.  But the Lord will give you strength for the journey ahead of you.  Know that I love you and will keep you in my prayers.
