Olga was born September 15, 1938 in San Jon, New Mexico. She married the love of her life, Daniel Sanchez, Sr. in Tucumcari, New Mexico on April 28, 1956. He passed away in February of 2012 after 56 years of marriage. She really enjoyed playing Bingo and going to garage sales. Olga also loved to gamble and visit different casinos. She loved to cook and spent many hours in the kitchen preparing meals for everyone to enjoy. Olga was a member of St. Laurence Catholic Church and she was a woman of strong faith. Above all, her love and devotion to her family was her greatest attribute. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel Sanchez, Jr. and wife Donna, Ruben Sanchez and wife Loua, Samuel Sanchez and Eddie Sanchez; daughters, Becky Johnson and husband Karlton, Linda Van Winkle and husband Layne, Velma Sanchez and Yolanda Salazar; her siblings, Pat Mendez, Soylo Martinez, Jr. and Connie Navarrette; also by 16 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Sanchez, Sr.; also by sisters, Mary Floyd and Felipa Oberbrocking.
