Mr. Wiley was born on September 10,1942 in Marshall Missouri to Gerald and Mildred Wiley.
He went to work for Phillips Petroleum in 1970 in Kansas City, Kansas and was transferred to Borger Texas in 1982. Mr. Wiley retired and moved to Amarillo Texas in 1997 and went to work for the City of Amarillo where he retired in 2007. Papaw dedicated his life to his family, loved golfing and spent many hours at the lake.
Preceded in death by his daughter, Kimmy Wiley Wilson.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Linda Wiley; daughter, Kelly Wiley Robinson and husband, Kevin Robinson of Amarillo. A twin sister, Judy Thacker of Lake Geneva, Florida. A granddaughter, Whitney Wilson and 6 grandsons, John Paul Campbell, Sean Wilson, Jake Campbell, Scott Robinson, Timothy Robinson, Kevin Lee Robinson and wife Leisa Robinson; a great granddaughter Abigail Robinson.
The family suggests memorials go to the American Cancer Society or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
