So thankful to have been able to travel to Texas to visit Meme (summer 2016) It will always be a special memory as a family. Avery(2) chased memes poor cat around all weekend yelling ‘titty tat’ (couldn’t say kitty cat) Not many families have 5 generations, but so thankful we’ll get to share pictures and stories with Avery as she gets older.

We’ll miss you meme!

I was blessed to call Pauline Haliey MeMe. She was my great grandmother and all of my childhood summers are filled with memories with her. From the giant tree in her front yard, shelling black eyed peas in her living room, to manicures and haircuts at her kitchen table. She made every visit special. My last visit to Texas summer 2017 I got to take my husband and she was so happy to meet him and that I married a “preacher” :). I will miss you meme but thankful for all the memories I have with you. I know you are where you want to be, in heaven with Jesus and your precious loved ones that have gone before you! You are loved and will be missed.

We will miss you Meme.

I will never forget the time we were headed up to Nebraska. I got pulled over for speeding in western Kansas and she wanted to switch me seats before the patrolman got to the window. What at great great grandma.

I am very thankful my son Grady was down to see her in October. (Picture)
