

Refugio "Cuco" Urenda Reynozo was reunited with the love of his life, Dulcinea, on June 2, 2026, surrounded by his family. Though his passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him, his family finds peace in knowing that he is once again by the side of his beloved wife after a lifetime of devotion and love.
Cuco was born on July 4, 1933, in Amarillo, Texas, to Trinidad Urenda and Pablo Reynozo. Cuco's was married to Dulcinea for 61 years. Cuco was a hardworking man who dedicated 42 years of service to the Santa Fe Railroad. He took great pride in his work and was respected for his dependability and commitment.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dulcinea; daughter Margaret Reynozo, his granddaughter, Natalie Cervantez and his sister Lola Hernandez.
Cuco is survived by his sister, Mary Rael; his children Ramona, Pat, Reggie, Paul, and Sebero; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
While his family mourns his passing, they also celebrate a life well lived a life marked by love, hard work, devotion, and selflessness. He loved music and his favorite song was Cien Anos by Pedro Infante.
A graveside service celebrating Cuco’s life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 10:00 am at Llano Cemetery with Dr. Hal Rogers officiating
