Holy Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m. Friday May 8, 2015 at Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Directors.
Inurnment will be Saturday May 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery East Mausoleum with Father Scott Raef officiating.
Ray Vigil was born September 14, 1939 in Logan NM to Ray and Margaret Vigil. He was an Army veteran and worked for the US Postal Service as a letter carrier for 32 years. Ray was married to Angie Vigil. He was a mechanic and all-around Mr. Fix-It for anyone in need. Ray enjoyed bingo and spending time with his granddaughters. He will be remembered for having taught his family to love life and appreciate every moment they live.
Ray is survived by a son, Paul Vigil of Amarillo; a daughter, Tracy Richerson and husband Kendall of Amarillo; two granddaughters, Brittney and Ashley Richerson; one brother and five sisters.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Angie and a sister.
