She was the first of four daughters born to Frank and Jewel Ridgeway. She was born in Compton and at 3 months moved to Tempe Az. She married Joseph Douglas Phillips on March 22, 1931 in Burlington Iowa. Sally was of Pioneer stock, a trailblazer in all she did. She was involved in PTA, Girl scouts; she was a member of Trinity Fellowship Church for 35 years. Her relationships with Holy Spirit lead her to serve with ministries such as a AGLOW and Flame they were key to her worldwide outreach. Being commissioned as a House of Zion by Chuck Pierce of Global Spheres Center was the cherry on top. Spiritual mother to many and loved deeply.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband “Doug”; grandchildren Jonathan Phillips; Philip Isensee Jr and a sister Sandy Hall.
She is survived by her children Laura June Isensee; Carol Ann Stewart, Joseph Douglas Phillips Jr.”Joe”; James Andrew Phillips “Andy”. 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren
