Suzanne was born September 26, 1945 in Burlington, Iowa to Henry and Phyllis Mattis. She married the love of her life Jed Kuntz on March 5, 1966 and together they had a son Stephen. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Suzanne enjoyed quilting and reading along with studying history. The family suggests memorials be to the Alzheimer's Association or The Empty Stocking Fund in care of Amarillo Globe-News, P.O. Box 2091, Amarillo, TX 79166.
She was preceded in death husband George 'Jed' Kuntz and Parents Henry and Phyllis Mattis.
Her survivors include her son Stephen Kuntz and wife JoAnna Kuntz grandchildren Samuel, Nolan, and Elijah Kuntz all reside in Keller; Sister Mary Wasson; and Brother Danny Mattis both of Missoula MT; sister in law Gretchen Clave of Burlington IA.
