Terri Lynn Jolly, 72, of Amarillo, passed peacefully from this world on November 1, 2025. She was born on May 1, 1953, in Clovis, New Mexico, to Arnold and Tina Faye Jolly. Terri graduated from Caprock High School and went on to earn her Master’s degree from West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M University) in Canyon, Texas. She dedicated over forty years of service to the Amarillo Public Library System, where her love of books, learning, and community touched the lives of countless patrons and colleagues.
Terri is survived by her brother, Alan David Jolly and wife Sue of Willis, Texas, nephews; Jonathon Jolly and wife Ayesha Neff, and Steven Alan Jolly and wife Samira Jolly, and great-nieces; Ruby Jolly and Emmy Jolly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Jolly (2021) and Tina Faye Jolly (2014); and her sister, Toni Jolly (2020).
Terri will be remembered for her quiet strength, kindness, and lifelong dedication to education and family.
