In just a few times meeting Ray(Bud) I found him to be genuine, old school kick but attitude , and very fun to be around. I know now why he is adored and honored by family and friends. You all have been extremely blessed to have such a man in your lives.
If I could say anything to encourage you, it would be that this is all temporary, you will meet again.
May God bless all affected by his passing.
He's ok now and loves all of you very much.

Uncle Buddy, you will be deeply missed. You were a pillar, for me, growing up. I am blessed to have had such an Uncle. Thank you for all the great memories. Enjoy your new journey, in heaven, with my dad and others. My heart and spirit is with my dear Texas family during this time. Love and hugs to you all.
