Eric has been at my side through every heart break and disappointment life has handed me since becoming friends in high school. He always encouraged me and would say “I am my brothers keeper “. I miss his quick wit, his loyalty and his love for me and my family.
My heart breaks but know that I too am my brothers keeper.

He joined the Marine Corps at the same time as I joined the Army, and each of us called the other "tacohead" for that decision. That is what separated us after high school, as we went our own paths to become the men we were to be. Looking back, we both learned the importance of self-confidence at the same time, I'm not sure which one of us learned from which.

I have many great memories hanging out with Eric in high school. My only regret is not staying in contact with him since graduation. He had such a unique sense of humor and could make me laugh in any situation. I send prayers for his wife and children. Thanks Eric for making high school a little more tolerable:)

I am very sorry to hear of Eric's passing. I remember him as a solid student, kind, honest, and fun-loving. I pray for all his RRHS friends who will miss him.

Andrea, my prayers are for comfort and peace for you and the kids. I love you so much!
My favorite memories of Eric will always be our travels with Crime Stoppers. His mooning us from the 21st floor of the hotel in S. Padre! I loved his passion for life, his sense of humor, his calling me "mama". See you in Heaven Eric!
