Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with military honors provided by Volley for Veterans. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Mausoleum. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
He was born April 17, 1929, in Churdon, Iowa, to Helen Perkins. Bill loved to play pool and eat good food, especially chocolate. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with all his grandchildren. He always had a great sense of humor. Bill was very proud of the time he served in the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Hattie Perkins; two sons, William and Curtis Perkins; a daughter, Lind Williamson and husband Mitch; three grandchildren, Serena, Mathew and Sean; five stepchildren; and many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
