William Randall Quinn was born April 23, 1957 in Norfolk, VA to Charles and Vivian Quinn. He worked for Nutri-feed in Hereford where he was a night supervisor. He enjoyed spending time with his family whether it was camping, hunting, fishing, collecting coins, painting and playing online poker.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Ginger Kay Quinn.

He is survived by his daughter Melissa Sue Quinn and grandson Nathan Elmore both of Frisco, TX. His sister Christina Bracken of Fairbury, IL, brothers John Quinn of Bonita Springs, FL, Paul Quinn of Great Falls, MT, Mike Quinn of Mount Shasta ,CA, Perry Quinn of Phoenix, AZ. Three fur babies Molley, Junior, and Sugar.
