Norman was born April 11, 1935 in Collingsworth County, to JP and Thelma Willingham. He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, bowling along with any other fun games. His favorite pastime was socializing with family and friends. Normans working years were spent at Anderson Dairy, Bell Helicopter, and ASARCO where he retired in 1996. He was a member of UWA and the USW.
He was preceded in death by: his parents J.P. and Thelma Willingham and special mother Doris Willingham. Sister Vonnie Wing and two nephews.
His survivors include his wife Lavetta; daughters Cindy Morse and husband Steve of Midland; Candy Root and husband Greg of Amarillo; and Denise Oldham of Las Vegas, Nevada. Sister Gayle Elliott of Georgetown. Brothers Dennis Willingham and wife Teresa of Shreveport; Randy Willingham and wife Terri of Amarillo. Seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
