Agapito Villalpando Hernandez was born on June 28, 1954 in La Ex-Hacienda de Zapotlanejo, JAL Mexcio. Born to Mateo Hernandez and Felipa Villalpando, he was the seventh of fourteen children. He left his home at the age of 19 to try his luck in the United States, arriving in Stanton, CA on January of 1974. Soon after his arrival he started working at Tropical Plaza where he worked for 42 years. The Same year he arrived in California he met the girl next door, Virginia Perez, who would later become the love of his life. They were married on December 3, 1983 and with their love welcomed three children; Erika, Javier, and Matthew. In 1996 they settled in Anaheim, CA, where they became first time home owners. They became grandparents in 2011 and shared the love of eight grandchildren; five girls and three boys. Agapito was loved not just by his family and friends but by his clients who cared for him dearly. He was a hard-working man, honest, respectable and always the life of the party. On July 23, 2021 he passed away at the age of 67. With a heavy heart we say good bye to a man that brought joy and a smile to everyone he met.
Agapito V. Hernandez is survived by his wife Virginia, his daughter Erika and family: Jesus, Zoey, and JJ; and his son Javier and family: Sharon, Sophia, Jessica, and Javier; and his youngest son Matthew and family: Lourdes, Rosario, Victoria and Sebastian.
