Biography

Dina Molinas was born in Palta, Viroc Catanduanes Philippines on January 28, 1931. Her parents were AnakLito Gurrobat and Nieves Fernandez. She was 1 of 10 children. She was a hard worker and began working at a young age to help support her family. Dina was extremely loving and family oriented and always treated others as her family.

She came to America to seek opportunity, and to provide a better life for her daughter, Marilou. In coming to America, she met Victor Molinas, fell in love, and married. Marilou came to America in 1982 and married King Batino in 1985. They had 2 children, Kimberly and KC in which Dina loved so much. Although the Batino family was through marriage, she loved them all as her very own. Even until her final days, she continued to always think and ask about them.

Dina was very outgoing and loved to travel around the world. She traveled to many countries on pilgrimages spreading the word of God with friends and family. Her faith and relationship with God was extremely important to her and she made sure she always kept God and her family first.
Dina passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019 in peace in Fullerton, CA and is survived by her daughter, Marilou and 2 grandchildren, Kimberly and KC and a number of other loving relatives and friends.

The family wishes to thank all of those, especially the Batino family, who have prayed and cared for her during her last days.
