Frances is survived by her sons, David Rocha(Carol); Anthony Rocha; and Nathan Rocha (Heather).
Frances was preceded in death by her husband David Rocha, Jr. and her son Mario Rocha.
Mrs Rocha also leaves nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
A prayer service for Frances will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Anaheim, 2425 West Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801. Private Interment
