Gianna Guadalupe Diaz, age 2 months, of Anaheim, California passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021. Gianna was born August 13, 2021 in Anaheim, California to Jessica V Hernandez and Ricardo Diaz.

Gianna is survived by her mother Jessica V Hernandez and her father Ricardo Diaz.

A visitation for Gianna will be held Monday, October 25, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Anaheim, 2425 West Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 E. Santiago Canyon Rd., Orange, CA 92869.
