Nancy Horton Evans, age 82, of Anaheim, CA (and formerly of Bethlehem, PA and Tewksbury Twp., NJ) passed away July 13, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, George Armstrong Evans and her daughter, Carol (Tom )Lutz both of Anaheim; granddaughter Toni Lynn Lutz of Oceanside, CA; and grandson Taylor Armstrong Evans of Easton, PA. She was preceded in death by her son, Gordon Armstrong Evans. Nancy graduated from Wheelock College in Boston, MA in 1951 with a BS in Early Childhood Education. She was a dedicated teacher whose career spanned over 40 years, most of which was spent in the Tewksbury Twp., NJ schools. A memorial service will be held on September 22, 2011 at 2 PM at Musconetcong Valley Presbyterian Church, Valley Road, Hampton, NJ followed by interment at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, RI on Sept 23rd.
