PAZ A. CASTRO, beloved wife and mother,passed away peacefully on July 25, 2014

Paz is survived by her loving husband Alfred Castro, 2 daughters, Dolores Weatherly, Carol Livamore, 5 sons, Carlos Lozano, Phillip Lozano, Joe Lozano, Victor Lozano and Martin Lozano also 5 step-daughters; Kathy, Cindy, Rose Marie, Yolanda and Dianna Castro, 3 Step-sons; Benjamin, Anthony, Andrew Castro, preceaded in death by Steven Castro.

Paz's, visitation and rosary were held July 31, 2014 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel Pierce Brothers Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Mass was held Friday, August 1, 2014 10:00am at St. Anthony Claret Catholic Church in Anaheim, Burial followed at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery . Paz was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Paz leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember her.

My sincere condolences to the Paz Arredondo Castro family. I have very happy memories of Paz when we were very young children. As Paz was from the Olgin family and I from the Rivas family, we were cousins that spent childhood together. She will be missed.

Paz was born into a Huge family in Texas and moved to Southern California in the 1950's. She was a dynamic woman with strength of character that allowed her to enjoy life. Paz was fearless and showed a passion for all that interested her. She leaves behind MANY who Loved her. We will Miss her boisterous Laugh. We are sorry for your loss Freddie. May GOD Rest Her Soul.
