I will miss Bev. She was such a nice lady.
I enjoyed visiting her when she can into Walmart. She would talk about her dog.
To the family my thoughts and prayers are with you.

As Bev’s older sister, we had our fiesty moments. My earliest memory was the time when she was around 4, me 6. We ended up tussling over a milk pail -I won the battle with a hard swipe to her forehead. Blood gushed from her head wound - mom swooped in, cradling Bev in her arms as she rushed to the car to take Bev to the doctor. Our older sister Betty was instructed to take care of me. To this day, I remember my panic, truly thinking I had killed my baby sis. Betty didn’t help matters - I think she had found me guilty of murder and sentenced to jail before mom left the homestead. Needless to say, Bev survived and was treated like the poor little wounded princess in the days to come - the older siblings cowered ( jokingly) when I so much as looked at them the wrong way. Bev NEVER forgot the incident ... we shared many laughs about it ... and she later got me back with a hard swipe of her purse. Another story....

I worked with Bev on overnights at Walmart in Ankeny-she was a hard worker and never knew a stranger. She loved people and always was friendly and caring-she will be truly missed. I am so sorry for your loss.

Melissa and family, while I never knew Beverly well I felt like she was a friend through my working with Melissa. I enjoyed hearing Melissa tell the stories about her mom's love for northern Minnesota. Something that she would pass on to her daughter - an appreciation for the north country. May the found memories and the love of family keep Bev in your lives for every.

Missy and Family,

My heart goes out to you in this time of grieving. Sending you all my love and hugs!

My favorite memory of my Aunt Bev was at Big Creek. The guys were fishing and her and I decided to get some floaties out and float in the lake. She had me hold onto her big toe to make sure we stayed together. Well.....We both fell asleep and woke up in the middle of the lake. :)
