Brenda Michael, 53, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019. A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Holiday Inn (165 Adventureland Dr Nw Altoona, IA 50009).
Brenda was born January 29, 1966 in Perry, Iowa to James and Zelda (Marchant) Monroe. Brenda was united in marriage to Michael Michael. She loved cheering on the Kansas City Cheifs, watching her soap operas, especially the Young and the Restless and enjoyed the sport of wrestling. Her most cherished memories were times spent with her grandchildren.
Brenda is survive by her husband, Michael; children: David (Jennifer) Monroe, Mindy (Dwight) Brown and stepsons: Miles Michael and Michael Michael Jr; grandchildren: Lorena, Catalina, Nevaeh, Arianna and Roman; two siblings: Sharon Carmichael and Tim Monroe and nephews Matt, Zach and Josh Carmichael. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, Gladys and one brother, Rodney.
