On August 24, 1979, Erik was born in Burbank, CA, to Alvin and Connie (Warner) Moore. He was employed by Amazon and was working in the Des Moines warehouse.
Erik is survived by his parents, Al and Connie of Kansas City, MO; children Luke, Will, and Anna Moore; former wife Kate Moore; brothers Jason Moore (Susan) of Kansas City, MO, Rodney (Dee) Moore of Midway, AR, and Clayton (Kristena) Moore of Michigan.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on June 15, 2022, at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UnityPoint Eyerly Ball in Des Moines.
