Tamara Clarke, 63, passed away August 17, 2021 at Panora Specialty Care in Panora, IA.
Tamara was born on February 24, 1958 to Ivan and Helen Maxine (Cook) Clarke in Des Moines, IA. She graduated from Interstate 35 CSD in 1976. After completing two years at Iowa State University, she started her career as a dog groomer. She was recently employed by Klise Dog Grooming before suffering several bouts of illness. Tamara will be remembered for her love of raising and showing dogs, especially bearded collies, reading, watching T.V., and completing crossword puzzles and word finds.
Tamara is preceded in death by her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, and cousin, Karen Rotschafer.
Tamara is survived by her cousins, Joyce E. (Jerold) Peterson from Ames, IA, Linda A. Hansen from Ames, IA, David Rotschafer from Mount Vernon, IA, and Cynthia Blackford from Murray, IA, as well as several members from the Clarke family.
Memorial contributions for Tamara Clarke can be addressed to her family for later distribution. A family service will be held at a later date.
