Ana Joaquina Gonzalez, passed away November 21, 2018 in Ann Arbor. She was born on March 14, 1920 in Granada, Nicaragua, one of eight children to Miguel and Rosa (nee: Farinas) Gonzales. She worked as a very high-end dressmaker in Beverly Hills, California. Upon her retirement from dress making she left California to move to Michigan to be closer to her family.
Ana is survived by her family; daughter, Thelma Olave, grandchildren, Manuel Olave, Xavier Olave and Fernando (Sheena) Olave. In addition to her parents, Ana Was pre-deceased by her siblings.
Visitation will be on Friday - November 30, 2018 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Catholic Church 530 Elizabeth Street (at Kingsley Street) Ann Arbor from XX:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at XX:00 a.m.
