Porras, Anthony M. of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed into the hands of God on May 11, 2016. He was just 10 years old. Anthony was the loving son of Randall and Ivannia (Castillo) Porras, the younger brother of Randall. He spent the last several months in the care of Mott’s Children’s Hospital at the University of Michigan. He fought a courageous battle but a cure was not meant to be. He leaves behind his family and a host of friends. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered on Friday, May 20, 2016 at St. Mary’s Student Parish at 9:30 a.m. he will lie in state at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel on Thursday evening from 4 until 7. His mortal remains will be laid to rest at a later date in the memory garden at St. Mary’s. Please join his family and friends from Connor O’Neil’s and the community in celebrating this young man’s life. He will be missed my many. Look for the brightest star in the heavens and it will be Anthony smiling down on you.
