Arthur Bullock was a great neighbor and somebody I was proud to call a friend.  Whether he was "sprucin'"  his beautiful yard or "smokin' some bones" he always had time to talk. Art was so proud of his home and family.  He will be missed by many.  Rest in peace Art.  The neighborhood won't be the same without you.

As soon as I saw your picture I thought about years ago we were bus boys at the Rubyiat restaurant earning ninety cents a hour (that was minimum wage then). Then seeing you now and then through the years. You were always kind and considerate. Always thinking of others. Blessings and comfort to your family.
