Age 93, died peacefully on February 17, 2021, surrounded by family. She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Leonard, with whom she shared travel, the arts, time with friends and family. She is also survived by her devoted family: Richard Kramer and his wife Denise and their children Stephanie and Jeffrey; Scott Kramer; Anne Kramer and her husband Fred Bayoff and their children Alexander and Zachary. Beatrice was born in 1927 in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College and later completed her master's degree in music education while working and raising a family. She taught public school music education for over 25 years and taught piano privately. Beatrice was a lifelong student herself. She loved to learn and experience all that life had to offer. We will all remember her infectious laugh, her optimism, and her love and support to all she encountered. The family wishes to thank her devoted friend Sue, the caregivers at Kennedy Care, the staff at Brookhaven Manor and Arbor Hospice. The family will have a private burial on February 25, 2021, at Wellwood Cemetery in New York. A memorial will be held at a later date.
