Christopher Joseph Muller ("Chris") of Holly, Michigan passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the age of 59. Chris was born on March 5, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan to parents John and Nancy Muller.
Chris was a licensed professional engineer who earned a bachelor's and master's degrees from Seattle University and the University of Michigan, respectively. Chris worked professionally for many years in the automotive industry and later became a successful homebuilder.
A brilliant engineer, Chris was also a skilled builder and proficient tradesman. He was a fiercely loyal friend and thoughtful man, empathetic, loving and kind, always generously sharing his time, resources, and skills.
Chris was fearlessly adventurous. Most recently he repaired and retrofitted the vessel Golden Odyssey to seaworthiness, then dauntlessly sailed her from Coos Bay, Oregon to Grand Cayman island via the Panama Canal, arriving on Thanksgiving Day.
Chris is preceded in death by his parents and sister Catherine.
Chris is survived by his loving partner Andrea ("Ani") Keib; brothers and sisters Michael Muller, Gregory (Jacquelynn) Muller, Martha Muller (Craig Richlin), Timothy Muller, Mary Muller (Khalil Mogassabi), John (Joan) Muller, and Joseph Muller; and nieces and nephews Max Vernon (Chris Peak), Katherine Muller, Kristine Muller (David Branch), Hannah Muller, and Henry Muller.
Interment with brief graveside prayers will occur at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Rochester, Michigan on Thursday, December 21, at 2 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend.
