Elizabeth "Betty" Page (nee Heger), 79, of Ann Arbor, MI, passed away Sept. 25, 2015. Daughter of Frank Heger and Helen Elaine Ballinger Heger, she married Harold Page in 1982. Betty loved animals, reading, music, and trying lots of new activities. She even took up ice skating but soon learned that she would be no Dorothy Hamill. A life-long Ann Arbor resident, Betty worked at the Ann Arbor Bank, Willougby-Wanty Shoe Store and O’Leary Paint. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Robert and Frank Heger and her husband, Harold. Surviving family members include her daughter Alison Armstrong , stepsons Joseph, Harold and Fred Page, sister Joyce Heger Sherman, brother-in-law William Sherman, sisters-in-law Janice Doll Heger Major and Kathleen Devereaux as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is at Muehlig Funeral Chapel Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. The funeral, also held at Muehlig Funeral Chapel is Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley
