Fran was born and grew up in Ann Arbor, MI. Preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Flora Seyfried; brother, Fredrick; husband of 56 years, James Stevens. Survived by brother, Edwin; Children: Virginia (Joe) Lybrink and James (Debbie) Stevens; Grandchildren: Denise, Christopher, Steven, and Jessica; Great-Grandchildren: Autumn, Virginia, and Colton. Fran was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 7th, 2022 from 10:00am- 1:00pm followed by the service at 1:00pm at Muehlig Funeral Chapel of Ann Arbor.
