Frederick was born and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan, the son of Rudolph and Helen Aprill. He married Gladys Marie Garey in June of 1953 and she survives. Frederick was employed by Cushing Malloy of Ann Arbor for 47 years. He also farmed several hundred acres in West Ann Arbor for over 60 years, buying his first tractor in 1947. Farming was his passion. Frederick loved sports, especially Michigan State Spartan football and basketball and never gave up on the Detroit Lions. In addition to his wife Gladys, he is survived by his children Bob (Debby) Aprill of Dexter, MI, Chris Kamen of Ann Arbor, MI, his grandson Bobby Aprill Jr. of Boston, Ma. and his sister Johanna Johnson of Ann Arbor, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law Robert Johnson. Funeral Services private, interment at Bethlehem Cemetery Ann Arbor, Michigan.
