

I just learned of June's death today when I tried to send a letter.  I am so sad to hear of her passing.  June and Andy were members of the "Gablots" with my mother and Wendell Lyons.  She was a wonderful woman.  Wishing you many wonderful memories.  Anne Speicher

June and Coach Andy were college friends, with my parents Kate and Wilbur Schenk, at Northern Michigan University. June and Andy would often stop by and see my parents and our family in Crystal Falls, MI. Their friendship began in the 1930s up until my father's death. I kept in touch with June, sending letters and cards. We will always have fond memories. Thoughts and prayers to the Anderson family on behalf of the Schenk family.

So sorry to hear about June. Was out of town so missed the visitation. She and Shirley Wood provided much comic relief when they attended the senior exercise class at Briarwood. Such a sweet women. With sympathy for those June left behind, Joyce Meyer
