Kenneth R. Bailey, July 15, 1920 passed away at his home September 29, 2010. He was a life- long resident of Ann Arbor and a WWII Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah of 57 years and brother Floyd Bailey. He is survived by his son Richard (Shirley) and daughter Peggy (Gary) Cleaveland; four grandchildren: Kenneth, Jamie, Brian and Tricia and three great grandchildren Kayla, Kyle and Harlan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a builder, master craftsmen having built many homes in the Ann Arbor area from 1946 until retiring in 1972. He and Sarah spent many years traveling the U.S. Kenneth enjoyed fishing in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. He remained active with investments and personal properties. Kenneth was a member of the Dexter American Legion Post 557 and the Carpenters Union. He was always available for his family with an open door and heart. A private burial has taken place at Washtenong Memorial Park. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. www.muehligannarbor.com
