I worked at station 4 for several years. He was one of the kindest men I ever met. He and Jim Breslin were famous at tippy dam for being friendly and good fisherman.

LeRoy was my fishing partner, best friend and confidant since 1974. LeRoy was the closest thing that I ever had to a brother, we did a lot together and shared a lot of good memories. I will miss you very very much. LeRoy was one of the most generous and kind people that I ever knew, always willing to do anything he could to help someone in need. I’ll miss ya brother. Jim Breslin
