Linda, born on July 24, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan, grew up in Whitmore Lake, Michigan and raised a family in Lapeer, Michigan before moving to Ann Arbor where she worked in the retail fashion industry as a sales associate, buyer, and later a sales manager. She had a love of travel, an eye for decorating, and an infectious sense of humor. Her artistic nature found expression in hobbies such as pottery and calligraphy. Above all else, her greatest joy were her two grandsons whom she doted on.
Linda is survived by her sister, Norina, sons, Alden and Mark, grandsons Cameron and Sam, daughter-in-law Jennifer, nephew Brad, brother-in-law Fred, and family friend Kathy. She is preceded by her parents Olvrado and Irene and her “sister” Sharon.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, February 22 at Muehlig Funeral Chapel in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In Lieu of flowers a donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
