Jacobs, Madonna 10/5/1925 - 2/5/2018 Fairview, TN (formerly Ann Arbor) Madonna L. Jacobs, 92, passed away Feb. 5, 2018 in Fairview, TN at home with her granddaughter Sherry, with whom she had lived the past seven years. Mrs. Jacobs was born October 5, 1925 in Ann Arbor, to George & Rolene (nee: Kaiser) Hager. Madonna graduated from Ann Arbor, H.S. and worked at U of M Hospital. She married James W. Jacobs on Dec. 1, 1947, together they had a son, James R. Jacobs. She is survived by granddaughters, Sherry (Lance) Ellison, Amanda Jacobs and Diane Jacobs; Great-grandchildren, Cierra, Lance, Jr., Kylie and Kayla Ellison; Siblings, Jeanette (Carmen) Ragetz, David (Jerri) Hager and Alan (Jane) Hager. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Pre-deceased by her husband James W. and son, James R. and siblings, Richard Hager, Elaine Lowney and Daniel Hager. Friends may visit Saturday, February 17 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Washtenong Memorial Park will follow.
