Root, Nancy Louise of Whitmore Lake, Michigan died Wednesday, October 29, 2014, she was 73 years of age. Nancy was born on September 23, 1941 in Howell, Michigan the daughter of Hollis and Elizabeth Wylie. She married Richard Root and together they raised a loving family. Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who cherished her family; her memory will live on in their hearts forever. Surviving are her husband; Richard, children; Vickie (Dewight) Plotner, David A. Root, James R. Root and Teriann (Jacob) Girbach, grandchildren; Chelsie and Travis, great granddaughter; Parker, brothers; Thomas (Della) Wylie and William (Mary Jo) Wylie. She was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service will be Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel with visitation on Sunday, November 2 from 2:00 until 7:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
