Dear David and Lindsey,

Our thoughts are with you and your families at the sad loss of your Dad, Bob.
We have lot's of happy memories to keep with us, Bob liked to have his regular trips to Scotland as he never forgot his roots and was always proud to say he was Scottish.
I will always remember him as my big brother Bobby.
He will be sadly missed.

Love, Aunt Thoma, Uncle David and all the family.

It is with deep sorrow and sadness that we write this memorial. Our memories 0f Bob will be of the happy kind. We spent many happy times with Bob and Yvonne during our visits to Ann Arbor and later with Bob in Dexter. He was an attentive and generous host.always enthusiastic when planning our trips away, these memories will remain with us and remind us of Bob during happier times. He had a unique personality and will not easily be forgotten. I am sure my sister, his wife, Yvonne will be awaiting his arrival with open arms. Love to Bob from Neil, Monica and Family. xx

To Lindsay and David,
Words cannot express our sympathies. My fondest memories are of him as a footballing friend , a funny guy ,and lastly as someone who didn't suffer fools gladly. He told you how he felt about life and people in total honesty.
We will be in touch shortly and our deepest sympathies at this difficult time.

I have been Bob's secretary for several years when he was located at Federal-Mogul in Wiesbaden. He was a great boss and besides working efficiently we always had lots of fun. There has also developed a very nice personal relationship both with Bob and Yvonne. It makes me sad to hear that he has passed away. Will always remember him.

Bob has been our boss in the Federal-Mogul R&D department in Wiesbaden for several years. All of us remember him as a kind and sympathetic person as well as a competent and creative engineer. We will always keep the time with him in best memory.
