She was a loving mother (the best mom!), a devoted wife and a dedicated homemaker.
Rose was a devout parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Oak Park, Michigan and Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ramblin Rose (her pen name) had a passion for creative writing and sharing her clever stories with family and friends.
Rose is preceded in death by her loving husband, Pasquale (Pat) Ventimiglia, her parents, Philip and Mary Sparacino, her sister, Frances Taniey, and her brother, Louis Sparacino.
Rose is survived by her brother, Charles Sparacino (Marilyn), her sons, Bruce Ventimiglia (Sondra) and Stephen Ventimiglia (Debra), her daughter, Ann Ventimiglia, her grandchildren Jonathan Ventimiglia (Susie) and Lydia Ventimiglia, her great grandchildren, Luna and Leo and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rose would like to be remembered by her wonderful sense of humor and helping to bring joy into people’s lives. She had a spunky New York swagger and a wit to match.
The family would like to thank the nurses and physical therapists at Michigan Visiting Nurses and all of the medical staff at Michigan Medical for the care and compassion they showed our loved one.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass and celebration of life at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 2250 East Stadium Blvd., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104 on Saturday,
