
On March 12, 2012 Jesus called Roy Carl Fehrle home. He was born on September 7, 1930. He was baptized and confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church in Ann Arbor and was a member at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ann Arbor. He loved farming and fishing. He worked at a gas station and was a milkman. He retired from the Ann Arbor News as a pressman after thirty five years, and then worked at The Links golf course for a few years. He is survived by his children; Tim (Donna) Fehrle, Doug (Beth) Fehrle, Susan (Robert) Harter his grandchildren; Truly, Alex, Mitchell, Kate, Jim, Charlie and Robert and his sister Ruth Stoll. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou, daughter Linda Marie, his sister Irene Denninger and his parents Carl and Cora Fehrle. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 14 from 2:00 – 7:00 at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel, Ann Arbor. A celebration of Roy's life will be held on Thursday at 11:00 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, (corner of Third & Liberty) with visitation from 10:00 until time of service. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery, Ann Arbor. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 420 W. Liberty, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
