She was a loving Mother and Best Friend to her daughter Jana and a Wonderful Bride to Spencer. A true “once in a generation” human being who was loved and respected by all who had the privilege to know her.
Sheila and Spencer shared a love for the ages in their 29 years of marriage. They were married on March 17, 1990 and they celebrated that day with 2 red roses every 17th of every month without fail.
She was born in Southern California and worked outside of the home for her entire adult life. A woman of many talents, for over the past decade, Sheila worked in the Real Estate industry. She had her Real Estate license and Brokers license that she was very proud to keep active and expand upon. Sheila loved her work and had a very strong work ethic foregoing the opportunity to retire as she often said, “retirement is not for me.”
Sheila was also a student of life, for life, as she loved learning new things. She was very well read, and enjoyed conversing about practically any topic.
Sheila also loved to travel and she felt very fortunate to have seen all parts of the World with Spencer, and her family. She also had a love for cooking, entertaining with friends, and keeping physically active.
Please join her family and friends in celebrating a life well lived. On Monday, February 4, 2019, The “Celebration of Sheila’s Life” services will be held at St. Mary Student Parish,
331 Thompson Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104; visitation from 11:00 a.m. with mass beginning at 12 noon, followed by a luncheon at 1:00 p.m.
