Brittony had a big heart and a wonderful ability to make people laugh. Cheerful, funny, loyal, and sometimes wonderfully goofy, she was the kind of person who listened when someone needed to talk and went out of her way to help the people she cared about. She was a devoted friend, smart and quick to learn, and had a special place in her heart for children and animals. Those fortunate enough to call Brittony a friend knew they had someone who genuinely cared about them.
Brittony spent most of her life in Arnold and held many different jobs over the years, including working as a waitress, hostess, gym manager, daycare provider, and bartender. No matter where she worked, her warmth, humor, and ability to connect with people were a part of who she was.
Fall was especially Brittony's season. She loved the Halloween holiday and The Nightmare Before Christmas, and there was always room in her life for tacos. These were the little things that brought her joy and became part of what made Brittony unmistakably herself.
She found happiness in both creativity and life's simple pleasures. Brittony loved taking pictures and drawing, reading and cooking, jewelry and sneakers, and getting comfortable in her favorite clothes to watch TikTok videos. She loved cute animals and enjoyed taking the dog for walks. She was a Dallas Cowboys fan and had a special love for The Little Mermaid.
Brittony is survived by her loving mother, Lauri Donovan; her aunts and uncle; her cousins; and the many friends who loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Donovan.
Brittony's life was far too short, but the love and laughter she gave to others will remain. She will be remembered for her big heart, her loyalty, her sense of humor, her goofy side, and the way she showed up for the people she loved.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
