Carole was a true friend. Someone you could trust. You could confide in her,
I often called her “the Pastor on call” without the call. When someone from the church was hospitalized, she was often the first person to visit. She started several ministries and impacted the lives of many with the message of the gospel. We served together on a Board, and several times her insight and honesty with me kept me from making a wrong decision. She wouldn’t hesitate to let me know when she thought I was wrong or misdirected. Like a true friend does.
I shall miss our conversations, but I rejoice knowing that you are no longer in pain and discomfort, and that you are in the presence of Christ.
We shall meet again.
