Connie Loiacono

Connie Loiacono, 85, of Annapolis, passed away June 29, 2016 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Mrs. Loiacono was born June 3, 1931 in Washington DC. She worked as a secretary for the Coordinator of EFNEP/ Expanded Food Nutrition Education. She was a proud military wife to the late Elturino Loiacono, who passed in 2008 and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of St John Neumann Catholic Church and previously of St. Camillus Catholic Church of Silver Spring, MD. Mrs. Loiacono is survived by 2 sons, 3 daughters, 14 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren Family and friends may visit from 6-9pm Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the John M Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 am Thursday, July 7, 2016 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Road. Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1850 York Road, Timonium MD 21093-5142
