Cynthia “Gail” Clements, of Davidsonville, Maryland, passed away at her home on November 19, 2025, surrounded by her children. She was born on July 25, 1953, in Annapolis, Maryland, to Barbara and John Lee.
Gail was an adored sister, mother, aunt, and “Gigi,” roles she embraced with endless love, generosity, and warmth. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to ensuring they always felt cared for and cherished. When once asked about her purpose in life, she answered without hesitation: “To be a mom.” She lived that purpose wholeheartedly.
Along with being a devoted and humorous mother, Gail was a successful business owner who embodied hard work, dedication, and integrity. She poured her heart not only into her work but also into every relationship she held dear. Known for always putting others before herself, she never thought twice about offering help to anyone in need. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering support touched all who knew her.
Gail is survived by her two loving sisters, Sherry and Jaci (Michael); her four children, Matthew (Sara), Lindsey, Amanda (Michael), and Alex (Mia); and her three cherished granddaughters, Malia, Everlee, and Evyn Jo “JoJo,” who lit up her life and made her immensely proud. She is also survived by seven beloved nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
A private family gathering will be held to honor her love, her strength, and her everlasting place in our hearts.
