

Dayne Worsham Eldridge, 76, of Annapolis, MD died at home on May 1, 2017 after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years, John C. Eldridge, retired judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Dayne was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia to the late Robert A. Worsham and Irma C. Worsham. In addition to Judge Eldridge, she is survived by her son, John C. Eldridge, Jr. (Lisa); her daughter, Kathryn E. Kuethe (Rick); her brother, Robert A. Worsham, Jr. (Linda); and her grandsons, Sam and Mike Kuethe. A resident of the Winchester on the Severn community in Annapolis since 1962, Dayne was a long time legal secretary to the late William A. Franch. She retired when her grandchildren were born and enjoyed various creative pursuits including knitting, sewing, cooking and reading. The family will receive visitors at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home 147 Duke of Gloucester Street Annapolis, MD 21401 on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A private interment will be held at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery in Myersville, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation, 2000 Medical Parkway, Belcher Pavilion Suite 604, Annapolis, MD 21401.
