On Tuesday, March 20, at his residence in Annapolis, Md. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret “Muggs” Tidd, and he is survived by their sons Mark and Kurt, two daughters-in-law, four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and countless other relatives and friends. After serving over 30 years in the Navy, they were longtime residents of Arlington, Va., and then spent the last several years in Annapolis. Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, at The Friendship Hall at Ginger Cove, 4000 River Crescent Dr., Annapolis, MD 21401; burial will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
