Guy J. Tourault

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Guy Jacques Tourault announces his passing on November 19, 2022. Guy was born in Marseille, France to parents Pierre Barnard Tourault and Suzanne Gardize Tourault and moved to Washington, DC with his family in 1952. He attended Wilson High School.

Guy was in the wholesale food business and worked for Boker Foods from 1962-1971 then he went to the I. Feldman company where he formed lifetime friends.

Guy is remembered for his sunny disposition, his love of life and enjoyment of co-workers and the chefs he worked with and those who became friends. Guy was an accomplished cook and delighted in entertaining friends with delicious meals. He was generous with his time and talents and was an avid Redskins fan.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Mary Ann; and two sons, Christopher and Steven. his wife, Kelli, five grandchildren Linsdsay, Nicole , Camille, Jack and Luke; other relatives and friends. Guy’s brother, Michel and his wife, Mary and his nephew, Jeff and wife, Susan, niece, Kimberly McBride.

A celebration of life will be scheduled this Spring on a date to be announced.
